This is one of the richer, more structured wines of the Fixin appellation. Red Burgundy might be the worlds most flexible food wine. The wines high acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, and low tannins make it very food friendly. Red Burgundy, with its earthy and sometimes gamey character,
